The citizen, by logging into the system and identifying himself, can send his reports directly to the controll room by interacting with the operator who, having taken charge of the alert, can manage it for the possible dispatch of personnel or the passing of the report to other competent bodies.
The system produces an interactive dialogue between operator and citizen, a flow of information that allows correct communication between the parties.
At the end of the activities a report can be sent by the citizen that contacted the Police Force.
