The new online tool for planning, analyzing and reporting the activities carried out by Police Forces.
The system adapts to the needs of all types of Police Commands, from provincial capitals to Commands that carry out the service in a Consortium or Associate form. Regardless of the size of the Command and the Municipality where it operates.
Thanks to our operational workforce forecasting the system automatically produces a calendar of EXPECTED SHIFTS based on what has been programmed, which can be modified according to individual needs (holidays, illnesses, permits, etc.) or of the structure (events overtime, fairs, markets, etc.).
Whoever manages the shifts will have immidiate visibility of the "SERVICE COVERAGE" which will be automatically composed in order of the "PRIORITY" determined and agreed with whoever manages the structure.
Once the expected result is reached, it will still be possible to proceed with modifications and additions to adapt the service produced to the needs of the day. In relation to what has been done in the previous months, it will be possible to distribute the workload by rebalancing less desirable services on the available resources.

The systems gathers this types of informations and automatically suggest the composition of personnel shifts.
Reports and Analysis
Automatically generates reports of personnel historical personnel deployment and assigned tasks.
The system allows for real time analysis of personnel activities.
Digital reports are made available on PCs and are exportable in various formats (HTML, Excel, PDF, etc.)
Operations planning
Whoever is in charge of presiding over the planning of operations has as its main objective finding the most suitable resources among those available depending on the tasks deemed essential for the organization.
The software displays available personnel already divided by shifts and unavailable personnel with the motive of the absence with the tasks that the organization needs to conduct and it automatically matches the information and assignes tasks to personnel.
After a couple of seconds this automatic operation is concluded the operator validates or modifies the composition and publish it by confirming it.
