USE OF PUBLIC GROUND

Autorize and keep track requests of use of public ground by businesses like construction sites, events, restaurants etc.

OCCUP@ WEB is the software developed by Verbatel for the management of temporary occupations of public land and construction sites; an excellent tool for technical offices and municipal police commands for managing the issuing of temporary authorizations and management of public land occupations.
Also for this procedure the user can use the Verbatel self-generation engine to expand the case history of documents/reports and cope with any regulatory evolution, in complete autonomy.

OCCUP@ WEB manages the requests that are entered and validated with a georeferencing system that will allow their representation on maps.

OCCUP@ WEB is integrated with the controll room. Therefore the controll room operators will be able to query the occupations present on the street by seeing the details of the form (Work manager, work start date, etc....)

OCCUP@ WEB is software extremely simple to use and can be used online between the different administration offices.
